Her experience began as an intern for a major record producer. This role enabled Ms. Roberts to hone her skills in networking, negotiations, and presentation. Although the life of a music industry intern is usually tiring and thankless, she found joy in seeing how the smallest details can be joined together to produce a Great outcome!
Ms. Roberts received her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University.
Ms. Roberts realized that she needed more fulfillment within her career and personal life. She began spending her spare time doing what she enjoyed most- planning events! Baby showers and birthday parties were the start, but soon began to include weddings, fundraisers, and corporate events for her then employer. The rest is history!
