It was a year ago today that I first met AJ of Aj's catering. It was a 40th birthday dinner and the presentation was fabulous and the dinner was so delicious! From that point on we established a working relationship and over the past year we have worked together on so many projects and events! Very grateful of the day that I made his acquaintance and looking forward to all we are working to do with the new year approaching....

    To keep the food warm or cold, use dry ice or Sterno cups. Joel caterers also use ice wrapped in linen to keep the dessert bowls from melting. This prevents your guests from having to wait in line to get their dessert. If you are curious to know more about party snacks, browse this site.
